Modern technology requires an awful lot of waiting. Waiting for slow web pages to load. Waiting for people to reply to your texts. Waiting for email to send. This week, researchers at MIT unveiled a new system designed to make wait times more productive. It’s called WaitSuite.

1) “How would I use it?  Carrie Cai, one of the researchers at MIT who worked on WaitSuite, walked me through an example.”  This is called a “use case”.  Use cases are very important in helping programmers, developers and users understand how a system should work.  Can you come up with some use cases for apps on your phone?

2) “Could this type of “wait-learning” be distracting or an interruption?”  What is your take, and why?
