Description: Foursquare just announced a partnership with Delivery.com to enable Foursquare users to order food, alcohol and groceries for delivery right from the Foursquare app.

The integration is made possible thanks to a mobile commerce platform called Button, which also works with companies like Uber, Airbnb and Ticketmaster.
For you, this means that you can just pop open the Foursquare app, discover a restaurant or other merchant that offers delivery via Delivery.com. You’ll then be directed to Delivery.com’s app for placing your order and making a payment.
Questions for discussion:
1. What incentives can Foursquare offer in order to entice users to use their services as opposed to an already-established app?
2. What other kind of products have a similarly based business model?
