Making pancakes is harder than it looks in the new virtual reality kitchen at Ikea in Etobicoke.  Wearing goggles and gripping a controller in each hand, customers are transported from a virtual reality box the size of a tool shed located inside the kitchen department at the store into a small virtual kitchen, where they have to use the controllers to get milk and eggs from a fridge, and sugar and flour from the cupboards, and mix the mixture and set it to bake in the oven.

1) How would you feel about trying this out in Ikea?

2) Is there a way to make the headset part of VR less “icky”?
