No matter how much you warn visitors to Cuba that they’ll be offline during their stay, they often won’t believe it until they actually arrive in Havana.  Is this about to change?

1) The title of this article is “Will Cuba embrace the internet revolution?”  Isn’t a better question: why would Cuba NOT embrace the internet revolution?

2) “The digital transformation of a country is not just giving people the internet, but giving them services on the internet”.  If you could start from scratch, as Cuba can and is, what services would you provide first over the internet, and why?
